Based on Alain de Botton and John Armstrong's 2013 book, "Art as Therapy," art has seven functions*. It helps us (1) Remember, find (2) Hope, work through (3) Sorrow, (4) Rebalance, gain (5) Self-understanding, foster (6) Growth, and cultivate (7) Appreciation. My journey through various mediums can be described as such and is an ongoing odyssey of self-care, self-discovery, and self-empowerment.

With love for humankind, I do not wish to see anyone suffers. Thus, I aspire to provide art as a tool for others to heal, find, and empower themselves. Only with hope; do we live fully.
